Mission
- increasing the ability of women to influence political processes for the successful implementation of European democratic values and principles on the local level and enhancing the role of women in the formation of global politics.
Goal
- we strive to unite women for the successful implementation of reforms and better practices of governance at the state and local levels through the principles of transparency, fairness, equity, publicity, rule of law, and human rights.
Tasks:
- creating an open platform for statements and offers about democracy, local government and legislative initiatives from women;
- providing comprehensive support and facilitation of mentoring to women that implement systemic democratic change in Ukraine.
- improving women’s professional skills in politics and local government in different cities and countries in Europe;
- providing advisory and financial support for lobbying and implementation of legislative women initiatives;
- increasing the global community's attention to issues of diversity and gender.
Participants:
- women from state and local authorities of Ukraine;
- women from state and local governments in countries in Europe;
- women that are members of international structures and institutions;
- active women who desires to change the lives in their communities and countries for the better.
